Aluminum low leakge motorized air damper/ aluminum air volume control damper for HVAC/Aluminum Air Damper

The Aluminum low leakge air damper is designed for motorized balancing in ventilation system for volume flow and pressure. It combines many advantages, simple & reasonable structure, low leakage, small friction torque, low noise, flexible operation, good rigidity of blade, corrosion resistant, easy installation, beautiful appearance, complete variety of products, etc.

STRUCTURE:

* The blade is made of high-strength aluminum alloy of wing-shaped profiles. The frame is made of high-

strength aluminum alloy profiles. It is elegant appearance and good anti-corrosion.

* Engineering plastic gear is used for twirling among blades, and it is anti-corrosion and wear-resistant.

* The seal of damper is with temperature-resisting rubber, so it is low leakage.

* The effective height of damper should be increased and/or decreased according to the blade modules,

which is 100*N+10 mm (N is the number of blade).

* Driving mode: manual and motor-driven.

* Working environment temperature: -40 Degre~80Degre.
