1. Product Description 

General structure: The working pressure of horizontal autoclave is generally less than 1.2MPa, belonging to low pressure vessel. Single cylinder structure is composed of a tank, tank cover and a switch locking device, heating device and other auxiliary equipment. The tank door structure is quick open with tooth type.

2. Applicable Scope 

(1)    Rubber vulcanization: Used in tire, rubber sleeve cable, rubber shoes, rubber hose, rubber roller, rubber belt, belt, conveyor belt, rubber ball, rubber lining, rubber cloth, rubber head, gloves, red flag, etc.

(2)    Wood processing: Wood drying, wood preservative, wood fire prevention, wood impregnation, wood color, wood cooking, bamboo carbonization, wood modification, wood optimization, wood fire retardant

(3)    Others: Also used for Yarn thread, mane, socks heat setting, high pressure modification and degreasing of horn and bone, feather hydrolysis, oxidation treatment of aluminum products, steaming and cooking of carbon materials, asbestos friction materials, gypsum and its products.

3.Working Principle & Features

Working Principle:

Temperature, pressure and curing time is controlled automatically. The steam inlet is controlled by angle seat valve and is arranged at the bottom of the tank. Steam diffusion tube is arranged at the bottom inside the tank vertically, of which the steam mouth (4mm, 5mm) is arranged densely according to certain rules and angles to ensure the temperature spread around evenly.  After setting working procedures, it can carry out air intake, exhaust, temperature rising, heat preservation and vulcanization automatically. When it ends, it will shut down and send out the sound and the light to alarm. 

Characteristics:

Design of the door: Adopting the design of the most advanced manual fast door, it takes only 5 seconds to open and close the door manually. You can also open the door in the absence of power.  Its bearing wears resistance, service life of more than 10 years.

High safety: There are six levels of safety precautions, such as, automatic pressure safety interlock, manual safety interlock, automatic pressure control, manual exhaust valve, ultrahigh pressure alarm and automatic safety valve. As long as there is pressure inside the tank, anyone can not open the door. It is the most secure pressure vessel equipment.

Inflatable sealing: Close the door to be inflatable seal and open to bleed pressure relief. As long as there is pressure in the tank, it will not leak to solve the problem of leakage. The life of the seal is more than 2 years.

Good insulation effect: Using 60mm aluminum silicate mineral wool outside of the tank supported by steel plate. No waste and volatilization of the heat. This way can save twenty percent of the energy consumption than other ways. No reducing the insulation effect in 10 years.

Easy to operate: Only needed 15 minutes to learn all the operating process for operators.

Automatic control: It can be controlled automatically in the whole process.

4. Technical Parameters

The design temperature and design pressure of the curing autoclave is 190℃ and 0.85MPa.The common specifications are here,you can also customize your wanted  size according to your specific requirements.And the thickness is generally 8,10,12 mm.

  Firstly, drilling holes used in the following steps in the tank in advance.

  Secondly, put steel rings welded on the tank. The rings are used to fix the mineral wool.

  Thirdly, use glass mineral wool to wrap around the tank body for preservation.

  Lastly, use insulation board to be welded around the tank.

  It is finished.
