DT Type elastic vibration isolator for pipe

DT type elastic bracket vibration isolator for pipes, rubber vibration isolator piping support.

1), DT Type pipe Elastic Bracket Damper is made of arc concave/convex elastic rubber spacer with metal plate partially adhered.

2), DT Type pipe Elastic Bracket Damper is widely used on pipes of mechanical equipments which are supported by elastics. It not only elastically supports pipes, isolate the vibration while pipes going through wall or any other substance, but slao has excellent capacity on mechanical vibration isolation of pipe and reduction of structural noise to improve environment and prolong equipment service life.

3) The rubber spacer has three levels of hardness and its static deformation under load is 3~8mm. The relationship between the static power and deformation is non-linear. Rigidity will increase with the rising load.

Inherent frequency: single layer 9Hz~11Hz; Double layer 7Hz~9Hz.

4), For Larger pipe vibration or higher requirement on vibration isolation, Muti-layers of elastic spacers would be used in series, and these spacers should be stuck together one by one.

Notes: The standard width of Dt type pipe elastic bracket damper is 100mm, other width(±100mm) can be customerized.
