Product introduction

1.The decorative cap tubes and connecting fittings for the air-conditioner’s refrigerant hose are generally used for 1~30 horsepower(s) split-type, cabinet-type and central air-conditioner systems. The key features are as follows:

Conventional refrigerant hoses are exposed all year round to wind and rain, which will accelerate the ageing of the insulation materials. After the use of decorative cap tube, the refrigerant hose can be used under the temperature from -40°C to +60°C for more than 20 years, which is longer than the design service life of the air-conditioner.

2.Prevention against refrigerant leakage

The bearing points of suspension type refrigerant hose are located at two bell mouths, enduring stress concentration, so cracking may occur because of material fatigue under vibration or wind blowing, resulting in refrigerant leakage. The use of decorative cap tubes can eliminate vibration of the tubes, perfectly solving the problem and leading to a prolonged service life of the air-conditioner.
