Product Description

Raw materials (Al plate)

1.Al plate: the thickness of finished product is 0.4-0.8mm , adhesive membrane thickness : 0.08~0.15mm

2.Copper tube or Al Tube : OD : 6~8MM , With wall thickness 0.6~1.0mm

key process:

tube bending→Al plate punching→surface cleaning→bounding→weld the suction→tube assembly→leakage test→drying→surface

Technical ability:

Producing according to drawing or sample supplied by client, also can help the client design and produce different evaporators.

Performance:

(1) Al plate or (and) pipe with powder painting, ot with lacquer painting to prevent the corrosion.

(2) Inner cleanness can meet with the requirements of CFC & R134a cooling system.

(3) Can satisfy the cooling capability requirements of the designed refrigerator.

SPECIFICATIONS

Main raw products	Ø6-Ø10 copper pipe aluminum pipe,T0.5-T0.8 aluminum plate.
Structure form	Glue the copper pipe or aluminum pipe and aluminum plate together under the head of the mucous membrane.
Heat exchange way and its properties	Refrigerating medium→pipe of evaporator→aluminum plate. It can be disinged in accordance with the structure of different factories and can meet the requirements of -18 for freeze and -2-4.
Surface treatment	Unglued aluminum plate with double-stick adhesive tape or powder spraying.
Inner quality	No leakage.It can meet the requirements of inner cleanliness of CFC refrigerating medium and non-CFC refrigerating.
Others	Main used as froze typerefrigerated type or the type with froze and refrigerated together.Size and specification have no limit.
