     ZVF330 Series mini type AC Drive are high performance open loop vector inverters for controlling asynchronous AC induction motors and permanent synchronous motors .

1.In case of a quality failure, the following regulations will be implemented:

lIf shipped within one month, the manufacturer shall take responsibility for refund, replacement and repair (except non-standard inverter).

lIf shipped within three months, the manufacturer shall take responsibility for replacement and repair.

lIf shipped within twelve months, the manufacturer shall take responsibility for repair.

2.If exact shipping date can’t be fixed, the manufacturer shall provide eighteen-month warranty from the date of manufacture. User shall be required to pay for repair service after expiration of warranty period.

Paid life-long service is available regardless of where and when to use our inverter.

In following causes of failure, even within the warranty period, the user is required to pay for repair service:

1)     Failure caused by incorrect operation against user manual.

2)     Failure caused by using inverter beyond its standard specification requirement.

3)     Failure caused by natural disasters such as flood, fire, or abnormal voltage.

4)     Failure caused by unauthorized repair and modification.

5)     Failure or components ageing caused by improper environment.

6)     Payment is not settled as per purchasing agreement.

7)     Label, trademark and date of manufacture are not recognizable.

8)     Damage caused by improper transport and storage.

9)     The details of installation, operation, wiring and maintain can’t be described clearly and truthfully.

10)Refund, replacement and repair service will be provided only when goods is returned to manufacturer and responsibility ownership is confirmed.

4.The manufacturer shall take responsibility only for the above service. If user need more guarantee, please apply for insurance company.

Q1: Can I get some samples? 

A1: Yes, Sample order is available for quality check and market test .But you have to pay for it.

A2: It usually takes about 3-5 working days for small order and 10-15 days for big order.

Q8: Can you sell spare parts? 

A8: If you are using CHZIRI products. we can sell spare parts to you. But we couldn’t sell the half-finished products.

Q10: Can you make the inverter and soft starter control boards (switchgear)? 

A10: Yes. We have a lot of experience to design frequency inverter and soft starter cabinet according to your request . But you can send us the wiring diagram.

Q11: Can the inverter connect with computer? 

A11: Yes. All inverters have built-in RS485 port , and support Modbus communication protocol.
