“Keeping customer feedback in mind, we wanted to provide a tool that simplified the way people researched and got information about Embraco compressors,” says Norbert Brath, Director of Research and Development of Product Engineering. “We are happy that we can save people time by allowing them to determine what compressor best suits their needs more quickly.”
The Product Selector is a tool that allows customers to select the ideal compressor for their specific refrigeration needs. On the conventional search, the user simply needs to input in which refrigeration equipment he or she wants to apply the compressor or the operating condition and the desired capacity. Based on the selection, the application will indicate the appropriate compressor.
At first glance, users are able to browse over 100 compressor models on the conventional search. Embraco is gradually adding models to the database, aiming to in a medium term have their entire portfolio available for this type of search. Even still, if a user wants to download the technical information of a specific model that is not yet available on the targeted search, he or she can find it by typing in the model or part number in the “quick search” box.
