Organiser: German Sanitation Industry (Vereinigung der Deutschen Sanitärwirtschaft - VDS) in cooperation with Messe Frankfurt

Date: 14 - 18 March 2017

Location: Hall 4.0 / Room "Europa"

In the Trend Forum, 'Pop up my Bathroom', organised by the Association of the German Sanitation Industry (Vereinigung Deutsche Sanitärwirtschaft - VDS) displays various models for planning individual bathrooms.

Bathrooms, today, are as individual as the people who plan them, both in terms of their functionality and their aesthetic. This is a demonstration of how, with the help of the specialist trades, bathroom planners and the industry, each user can create their own bathroom to suit themselves. Thus, on the one hand, there are solutions for all possible built-in bathrooms, in all conceivable versions and variations, as well as individually adaptable systems for bathroom furniture and equipment. On the other hand, individual notions can be realised using the bits and bytes of taps and fittings, lighting and sound systems.

An integral part of the Trend Show is the lecture series entitled:

Pop up my Bathroom Atelier. It serves as a central rendezvous point for communication with others. Visitors are provided with masses of inspiration and suggestions through informative talks and fascinating discussion groups.

The Trend Forum is to be held for the first time in the Room "Europa" in Hall 4.0.

“What is typically individual?” and “What types of individual bathrooms are there?” – those are the questions the Pop up my Bathroom trend forum will be asking at the ISH 2017. No fewer than eight answers will be showing where things are heading. That’s because the bathroom will look completely different depending on which trend most influences the user and what his priorities are. So what exactly are those trends and what options for customisation are already available to consumers, or will be in the near future? Pop up my Bathroom explores the entire spectrum in the form of eight 3D collages – in photographs and “in the flesh” at ISH 2017.
