This April has witnessed the successful ending for two world-renowned exhibitions, namely the China Refrigeration 2019 hold in Shanghai and 2019 Spring Canton Fair in Guangzhou.

Now let us have a glance at its major products showed in the exhibitions.

Aluminum Electrolytic capacitor

To be one of the most popular products, the Snap-in Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor has gained great popularity due to its excellent performance.

Xinyuan CD294 Snap-in Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor, as a core component of industrial inverter field, initiatively adopting special designs to strengthen resistance to high-ripple current. By using the technique methods such as high conductivity, high flash voltage electrolyte, compound electrolytic paper with low-ESR and high-pressure resistance, eliminating gaskets, it can effectively reduce heat generated by the product and accelerate product heat dissipation, so as to strengthen its performance on high ripple resistance. The lifetime of capacitor is expected to reach 2000 to 5000 hours under the rated current of 105 °C, which represents the advanced level of the industry.

Metalized film capacitor

The fraction defective of metalized film capacitor has been lower than 1PPM for many years, which means that the number of inferior products is less than 1 among one million products.

Thanks to its full-automatic production line, the production of metalized film capacitor has realized the whole non-landed process from the clearing to the final detection, which is more efficient and intelligent, help to ensure the quality and consistency of the products.

Furthermore, the finished products have also been tested by RoHS X fluorescence spectrometer, film voltage breakdown, AC durability, DC charge-discharge, destructive and other experiments. The self-made high-end experimental equipment namely “online monitoring equipment for film capacitor sealing" is also used to effectively guarantee the quality of each product.

IPM

By developing the engineering operation to combine chip and solder, Xinyuan IPM has obtained its advantages of low cost, small size, high reliability, and easy use. Its IPM product has been widely applicable to inverter appliances, inverter power source, industrial control, subway and vehicle, etc.

Xinyuan IPM has passed multiple reliability tests such as service lifetime over 1000h, high temp.& high humidity storage, etc. to ensure its safe and stable performance and its lifetime is expected to be more than 10 years.

DC-Link Film Capacitor

By conducting heat treatment to cores of capacitor under vacuum circumstance to effectively eliminate air gap between layers of the core and prevent the capacitor from self-healing breakdown when working, the DCL capacitor of Xinyuan have greatly improved its lifetime to 100,000h, so as to meet the demands of high performance DC filtering and busbar support for electric vehicle, industrial inverter and solar inverter etc.

Moreover, Xinyuan DCL uses ultra-thin high-temperature resistance polypropylene film and aluminum high-resistance zinc-thickening evaporation coating technique to develop its good performance in smaller size and higher reliability.
