Jiangsu Huadong Power and Metallurgical Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. is located in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, the hometown of Peking Opera master Mei Lanfang. Our company was founded in 1975 and is a member unit of the Nonferrous Metals Association. We are a professional manufacturer of internally threaded copper pipes, corrugated connecting pipes, smooth copper pipes, capillary copper pipes, process piping, condenser pipes, oxygen free copper pipes, mosquito coils, aluminum pipes and other products for air conditioners. The "Shenlu" series copper pipes are designated manufacturers for air conditioning group companies such as Samsung, Midea, Meibo, Haier, Wanjulong, Isbania, Chunlan, etc. Among them, RF28 commercial air conditioning integral corrugated connecting pipe is the only manufacturer in China. Non welded integral corrugated connecting pipes are the largest production enterprise in the refrigeration industry. The factory covers an area of 60000 square meters and has fixed assets of 104.8 million yuan. There are currently 286 employees, including 26 engineering and technical personnel. We have complete production and testing equipment including melting, rolling, milling, joint drawing, disc drawing, online annealing, finishing, internal thread forming, heat treatment, automatic corrugated forming machine, measuring, physical and chemical, metallographic, ultrasonic, optical analysis, German imported online eddy current flaw detector, online rotating eddy current flaw detector, etc. Our technical equipment is excellent, and we can produce 36000 tons of copper pipes annually.
