Products Characters

1.Large combustion chamber with low heat release for complete combustion.

2.Rear smoke box includes slip-on stack connector and features hinged and davited rear door with access door with observation port.

2.Front doors are hinged, bolted and insulated to provide ready access to all firetubes.

3.Large size manholes are standard on units. Cleanout hand holes are furnished in the bottom of the boiler shell.

4.Insulated with high-density fiberglass, the shell is covered with grip jacketing and spray baked on powder coat finish.

5. steel firetubes are rolled and beaded on power boilers.

6.Twin lifting lugs are securely welded to the top of the shell.

Finished Boiler Room

Each boiler is compact, easily transported and quickly installed. The system can be supplied from our standard range or specially built to the customers' requirement. Fully automatic control can be included as well as monitoring devices, feedwater conditioning and all the necessary fittings, pipe work and electrical wiring.

Delivery

Each unit is tested and inspected and registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. All the boilers must receive factory tests to check the construction, controls, and operation of the unit.
