The material is passed strict quality inspection and physical & chemical testing.

2. The flattening at the bent part is 90%-106% of the diameter. Bent section shall bethinned to less than 30% of the straight wallthickness and inner radius portion of tubesurface to be free of kinks and wrinkles.

3. The brazing joints are brazed under vacuum protection automatically with good surface and performance.

4. The surface is free of oxide, dirt and oil, which has nice appearance and good performance for brazing.

5. The part is passed airproof test at of over3MPa, and free of leak for 3 minutes. Wecould also take leak test by helium, and leak rate is less than 0.1 ounce per year (below1.8x10-5ATM CC/SEC).

6. The part complies with RoHS directive.
