24 ft Gearless PMSM motor HVLS large industrial ceiling fan

The traditional industrial fan is driven by an AC asynchronous motor to drive the reducer, thereby realizing the rotation of industrial large fans. The reducer of traditional industries are all above the fan, and the center of gravity is high. It is very easy to cause the swaying of the whole fan, and the stability is poor. Apart from the side part uses full encircling structure, the upper part and the lower part of the motor are all hollow structures. The forging aluminum alloy chassis on the upper part of the fan is effectively combined with the upper cover of the motor. The lower part uses the streamline guide cover designed by the principle of fluid mechanics, which effectively encirclings the internal structure of the motor coil winding and so on, which can not only release the heat generated by the motor to the outside maximally. Moreover, it can effectively protect the sundries from entering into the inner part of the motor to generate breakdown.
