Zhejiang Timeshine Industry Group is a comprehensive company of limited liability owned by Zhejiang Timeshine Industry Group Co., Ltd., with registered capital amounted to RMB 60 million. Our headquarters are located in No. 849 Fuming Road, Ningbo City.

Zhejiang Timeshine Industry Group Co., Ltd. (the former Ningbo Timeshine Industry and Trade Co., Ltd.) was founded in February of 1995. Through about one decade of efforts, our company keeps developing, and formally established Zhejiang Timeshine Industry Group as approved by the superior industrial and commercial departments in July 2004.

And We have 2 department for exporting,Department 1 is for Electric spare parts for home appliance,Department 2 is for Stationery&Toys.They are different departments but have own specialized people to join in.

Timeshine Group administers six departments detailed as the engineering management department, financial management department, assets management department, information consultation department, foreign trade department and office. Our business scope covers extensive fields, with an optimistic production trend.

1. Medicine wholesale and retail:
In this industry, Timeshine Group owns seven enterprises, and annual sales volume hit 700 million RMB. In Ningbo City proper, two medicine supermarkets named "Kaixinren Pharmacy" receive lots of visitors every day. Our daily sales volume exceeds 300,000 RMB. We are the leader in the medicine retail industry in Ningbo.

2. Automobile refrigeration industry:
Timeshine Group has advanced technique and equipment, as well as a scientific management system and advantage in talents. In Feb. 2003, the group passed quality system certification QS - 9000:1998/ISO9002:1994. As a specialized company established according to modern enterprise standards, Timeshine Group has an annual output of 100,000 sets of automobile air compressor. Products are mainly XH-32 and XH-40 series, enjoying features of advanced structure, excellent performance, compactness, large displacement and fast refrigeration. Presently, our products are supplied to more than 20 large and middle-sized automobile manufacturers. More than 150 manufacturers have long-term business relationships with us. Moreover, our products are exported to foreign countries. XH-32 product was listed as a "National Key New Product Plan" in 2004 by the State Commission of Science Technology of China.

3. Petrochemical industry:
Timeshine Group has a large potential in this area. Our annual gross output value is expected to be 80 million RMB. The time-horizon is four years.

4. Other industries:
Other industries, such as foreign trade import and export, leisure and entertainment, aim to raise funds and extend business networks, as new business scopes and new points of growth will benefit Timeshine Group in future years. Now, the entire staff of Timeshine Group, following the principle of "united and striving, intensive and pioneering, stable and developing", has started their new undertaking.
