High speed production line for air conditioner fins

Purposethe production line is a key equipment used to produce fins of heat exchange of air conditioner

Main features of safety device:

1)        Safe photoelectric protection and emergency stop switches are installed at two sides of press.

2)        lubrication alarm for press and dies is available. It can give an alarm when there is no oil and oil pressure is abnormal.

3)        Over loading Protection is available.

4)        Alarm device for air pressure over low is available, normal air pressure: 0.5MPa(±20%)

5)        When there is no material, it will give an alarm and stop work.

6)        When short circuit and collecting fault happen, the mainframe will give an alarm.

7)        Lacking-phase protectionleaking-electricity protectionshort -circuit protection available.

Main features of electric control system:

Each device can work respectively with jog modesingle step mode and continuous working mode.

1)        interim cut is completed automatically: periodicity counting, cylinder (length of fins ) is controlled by electric appliance.

2)        Cut control device is single, and hetero-cut can be setup; cut position is in choice.

3)        Pulling Material (feeding by odd mode) control

4         When accumulated finished fins reaches set value, machine will stop
