0835-P magnetic float level switch

Description

 Float level  switch 0835-P (see Figure 1) for vertical mount floatswitch, it is made of PP material , one of our popular

 products. Its features simple structure,light weight,mini size , easily install and used, safe and reliable for level control 

device, it is one mechanical switches, speed, long life, stronger anti-load impact to compared with the electronic 

switch. It without complex circuit ,will not be disturbed ,easy  to use to control level.

The  liquid level switch has  polypropylene stem and float. The Polypropylene is typically suitable for use with acidic liquids such as those found in electroplating and metal 

cleaning. It is also a great option for lower temperature food operations  (up to 105 degree C).

B: Working principle: The  float level switch utilize the liquid buoyancy principle, along with the liquid pressure (water level) the float ball will move up and down ,the it will trigger the reed switch  that sealed in the the PP stem ,the magnet arm will be affected, and for send the  connect (ON or  disconnect (OFF) signal.  

C:The installation instructions (see Figure II)

1.on the bottom or the ceiling of the tank,vertical mount, No( open) or NC (closed) due to the installation position..

2. The total length of 0835-P  is 48 mm ,  the connect use the M8 stand thread,f diameter of the connector thread is 8 mm, length is 11 mm ,hex stem diameter 13 mm,height 4mm 

 3. Unscrew the nut ,via the hole at the bottom or at the ceiling , then tighten the nut.

D: Instruction

 1: The range of  temperature -10 ℃~ 85 ℃

 2: Suit for corrosive liquid and other liquid , and the viscosity of the liquid is not high stick,   won’t be dry.
