Product Description

Laiyuan is the leading manufacturer of bayonet heating elements. Bayonets are rugged, deliver a lot of power and are extremely versatile when used with radiant tubes. Bayonets for heat treat furnaces up to 1800°F can be designed for a range of supply voltages and typically don’t require transformers. Compared to gas systems, Bayonets are more efficient (no heat losses), quieter, and typically require less maintenance.

Applications:

Bayonet heating elements uses range from heat treat furnaces and die casting machines to molten salt baths and incinerators. They are also useful in converting gas-fired furnaces to electric heating.
