1) Reasonable grate seal structure: The boiler with capacity 40t / h and below is developed with side seal cold and angle iron sinew plate structure, and 6t / h boiler even over series use contact sealing side sealing structure.

2) Advanced arch design structure: the arch design adopts the latest achievements in scientific research of Xi'an Jiaotong University. The rear arch is low and long, the exit section is antidip design. The front arch angle is 45 degree which is in concert with the rear arch. They form a clear inverted "α" flame which is helpful to the combustion of inferior coal. The coal adaptability of this boiler is very strong.

3) Original membrane water cooling wall structure: Membrane wall structure is an independent and original design of Zhengzhou Boiler Co., Ltd. The membrane wall which is always used for power station boiler is now applied to the shop-assembled boiler. It has many advantages such as large heat transfer coefficient, good heat transfer effect, low heat loss, good air tightness, no deformation and no leakage.

4) Special GEF residue removal technology: The grate adopts new small scale type fire grate plate, the boiler design adds a unique guard ring which completely overcomes the technological problem that the grate plate shed frequently. It effectively reduces air leakage of the grate to improve the stability and reliability of the operation and greatly increase the combustion efficiency.
