The cycle combustion system composed of bell hood, super high efficiency cyclone separator and back-feeder can save more than 30% power combustion for the customers:

1. Low-resistance bell-type hood

The bell-type hood with unique anti-wear technology is adopted in order to avoid  abrasion and ensure the combustion efficiency of the boiler.

2. Automatically adjusted back-feeder of high flow rate and low-power

Using high-flow, low-resistance device is expected to choose roots blower of smaller power, and at the same time to save power combustion for customers in ensuring safe and reliable operation of the cycle.

3. Whirlwind separator of low resistance, high efficiency

After technological improvement, the separation efficiency of the new generation super-efficient cyclone can be more than 99.6% and the total resistance is less than 1100pa.

This QXX58-1.6/150/90-A.H fluidized bed combustion hot water boiler is a single drum forced circulation full suspension structure and full steel fram π type layout. The furnace adopts membrane water cooling wall. The middle part of boiler has heat insulation cyclone separator. Convection tubes heating surface is set in the rear silo flue and air preheater is set below convection tubes heating surface.

This QXX58-1.6/150/90-A.H adopts high-temperature separating circulating fluidized bed combustion technology. In the combustion system, coal feeder feeds coal into the coal chute and then into the furnace. Air needed for boiler combustion is provided by primary and secondary air fan. 

Due to using circulating fluidized bed combustion, by adding limestone into the furnace, SO2 emission in the exhaust gas can be greatly reduced.
