Air Cooler
The air coolers play an important sector of our production.
We have developed and implemented coolers for industrial process applications even under extreme environment conditions. The fields of application are many: from the cooling of water, gas and oil, until steam and fluids/ mixtures of the process. The areas of use are, for the most part, petrochemical, power, chemicals and gas compression.
To reduce the size and improve the efficiency of the exchange in the case of viscous fluids is possible to provide suitable turbulators inside the exchanger tubes. Furthermore, in particularly unfavorable conditions, the air coolers can be equipped with louvers, of automatic or manual type.
The cooling, in the induced and forced version, is ensured by high-efficiency fan assembly designed to optimize energy consumption.
The support structure for the tube bundle and the fan assembly are designed according to international standards and codes required by the particular customer, considering the conditions of wind and earthquake site installation.
