Shaoxing Shangyu Fan Co., Ltd. formerly known as Shangyu ventilation factory, is a state-owned old enterprise restructuring, generally referred to as Shangyu fan on the market, the company was founded in 1988, is a professional design, production, sales of all kinds of senior civil buildings and industrial and mining enterprises fire protection, ventilation, refrigeration equipment of the science and technology type of key enterprises. The company newly built modern standard workshop, covering an area of 50000m2, building area of 38000m2, the company has more than 160 employees, 30 technical personnel.

It is a member of the National Technical Committee of Fan Standardization, a member of China General Mechanical Fan Industry Association, and a member of the ventilation specification of China Standardization Design Institute. It is the drafting unit of national standards such as Technical Conditions for Explosion-proof ventilator and explosion-proof roof ventilator.
