Stockholm-based filter manufacturer Camfil has acquired Italian air filtration and diffuser manufacturer FCR.
Camfil stated that this acquisition will expand its business in Italy. FCR is renowned in the Italian market for its technical know-how, product innovation, and responsive customer service.
Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Cinisello Balsamo, FCR possesses expertise in filtration design and manufacturing, delivering solutions that meet stringent performance standards.
The Camfil Group operates in over 35 countries, with 30 production plants, 6 R&D centers, local sales offices, and a workforce of 5,600 employees.
