Caverion has signed a five-year performance-based Technical Facility Management (TFM) agreement with Danfoss, covering the Campus Nordborg and Campus Gråsten sites. This agreement further deepens and expands the long-term cooperation between the two parties, which dates back to 2010. The scope of services includes technical building operations, statutory compliance and preventive maintenance, repair services, remote services, and consulting services. By combining on-site personnel with digital services, Caverion will focus on ensuring operational reliability, enhancing transparency, and driving continuous improvement.

The core enabling tool for this collaboration is Caverion SmartView - Caverion's digital customer platform. The platform collects real-time property data and provides deep insights into building operations. Together with remote services, it aims to achieve: faster handling of operational deviations, data-driven energy optimisation solutions, sustainability management recommendations, and equipment life extension strategies.
Michael Kirkegaard, Director of Managed Services at Caverion Denmark, said: “We are very pleased to continue earning Danfoss's trust. This agreement builds on a solid foundation of collaboration and takes a more data-driven, performance-oriented approach to help improve operational efficiency.”
Frederik Skov, Technical Manager at Danfoss, said: “Access to data and shared insights into technical facility operations supports our goal of building a more proactive, performance-focused building operation system. Transparency and data insights are key to driving continuous development of energy- and cost-optimised operations.”
