firstly  fuel must be confirmed:anthracitic coal or bitminous coal .because the different fuel has different arch design;

secondly steam evaporation=  t/h   ; the steam pressure=Mpa.

 the steam pressure determined the steam temperature:

 0.7Mpa maximum temperature is 170℃,

1.0Mpa maximum temperature is 184 ℃ ,

1.25Mpa maximum temperature is 194 ℃ .

1.6Mpa maximum temperature is 204 ℃ .

 while if you know the fuel , the steam pressure and the steam evaporation then you make sure steam boiler model.
