YLL series thermal oil boiler is vertical assemble type liquid forced circulation boiler. It takes coals as fuel. With the compact heating surface (radiant heating surface and convection heating surface), the boilers adopt multilayer closely-arranged coils and ceiling coils so as to lay out enough heating area. The flue gas experiences many rounds of heat transfer in the “S-Form”, the heat efficiency is high.

1      Take multilayer closely aligned coils as heating area

Heating area is the multilayer closely aligned round coils. Heating area is arranged sufficiently and absorbs the heat from the multi-passes flue gas. The coefficient of heat transfer is very high.

2      The ceiling coil

The ceiling coil on the top of the radiant heating surface can protect the furnace top from being burned out.

3      Compact structure

The boiler is in compact structure, which greatly saves the space of boiler room.

4      Waste heat boiler or air preheater

The waste heat boiler (or air preheater) is mounted to recover the energy in the exhaust gas so as to improve the efficiency

5      Rational medium procedure

The medium enters from the low position and flows out from the high position. In this way, the exhaust gas can be discharged out of the boiler smoothly.

6      Good exhaust gas outlet position

The exhaust gas outlet sits right above the boiler, which can balance the heating surface and rationalize the structure.

7      Special furnace arch and furnace grate design

The installation is very convenient and flexible, just need to place the boiler on the foundation.

YLW solid fuel therml oil boiler is horizontal, industrial use, automatic chain grate ( travelling grate ) stoker,water tube compositional and forced circulation boiler. It takes coal, biomass pellet, wood pellet, sawdust, wood chips as fuel.

The front radiant heating area consists of monolayer closely-arranged round coil. And the back convection heating area consists of snakelike coils.The boiler comprises the upper body and the below combustor. The fuel burns in the below combustor and the coils in the upper body absorb the energy and then transfer the heat to the medium.

A2: The boiler is designed for 10years life span, but under good maintenance, usually the boiler can use at least 16years, Bangzi Boiler provide full life after-sales service to each sold boiler

Q3: How to choose a boiler model?

A3: Confirm the type (steam or hot water), capacity, working pressure (or output temperature) and fuel(coal, biomass, gas or oil or other fuel) of the boiler, BangziBoiler will suggest a suitable model based on your usage.

Q4: How is the warranty term?

A4: If any problems caused for quality during the warranty period, the Seller will repair or replace the broken parts for free, if the problem caused from the client’s side, the Seller will help supply the spare part at lowest cost.
