I. Material  Introduction

PTFE   comes   with    unbelievable   chemical    resistance  against  almost  all  chemicals   except  for  some   fluorides and  molten alkali  metals.This  thermoplastic  polymer   is  the most   initial  type   of    fluoroplastics and  has  the most  extensive applications.

II. Material   Strength 

1.Prominent flame  retardance  with  limiting oxygen  index blow 90.

2.Low  coefficient   of   friction.

3.Non-stick properties and self-lubrication.

4.Outstanding  resistance to  temperature  ranged from  -200℃ to 260℃.

5.Excellent   electrical insulation.

6.Remarkable  resistance against weather and aging.

7.High gas permeability.

8.Good  physiogical safety,bio  compatibility and preventing thrombosis.

III.Material  Applications

1.Corrosion  resistance materials  used  for chemical vessel and parts  such  as  tank,reaction  kettle,lining,valve,pump  body,connector,filter material  and  parting  application.

2.Abrasion   resistance parts   such  as   static    and   dynamic  O-ring,piston  ring,washer,valve  support, bearing,bearing pad,sliding  block and guide  rail,etc.

3.Products   resistance to thermal,high frequency   electricity and   electric arc,such  as  high  frequency  cable,moisture resistant  cable and capactior,etc.

4.Graft  materials  such  as   artifical blood  vessel,artificial  heart,artificial  esophagus,artificial peritoneum,artificial  heart  and  lung  dialysis  membrane,as  well  as  all kinds  of  cannulas  and catheters,etc.

5.Non-toxic  coating materials  for   all kinds  of  non-stick cookware  and non-stick  rollers for  food maunfacture  equipment.
