Lever Tube Expanding Tool Kit Used For Refrigeration HVAC

CT-100A

Hydraulic Tube Expander CT-100a

Manual hydraulic mechanism designed can expand from 10mm to 42mm O.D.
Tubing easily with less effort.
Used for soft copper tube, aluminum tube, titanium tube, soft steel and other soft tube.
Expander segments are made of high-quality hardened steel.

SPARE EXPANDER HEADS

Deburr inside of tube.
Anneal the tube if necessary (for hard or thickwall tube).
Screw the expander head on expander.
Put the end of tube on expander head.
Tighten the relief valve knob to 'ON'position then pump handle until tube is expanded to the end.
Turn the relief valve knob to 'OFF' position to loosen expander head. Remove expanded tube.

Advantages

1. Easy operation ,save time and energy.

2. The special cone eccentric revolution allows the internal opening gradually and

form 45°accurate and regular flare without effort , preventing tube from sliding down. Therefore, keep the flare face to be smooth, uniform without scratching.

3. Eccentric cone will be rebound automatically after the work is finished, make the

idle top head in revolution again for 1-2 times and have the flare face in friction to make it prettier.
