Features and applications
- Induced blower is a part of no air duct jet-flow induced ventilation system, and compose the whole system with supply air fan and exhaust air fan. Its principle is that the directional high-speed airflow is injected by many sets of induced blower nozzle of systematically designed and properly arranged. It can induct the outdoor fresh air or cleaned air to the required area in the absence of air duct and can achieve the best indoor air distribution to reach the high efficient economy efficient of ventilation and air exchange.
- Using the induced ventilation system of non-duct jet-flow can save the cost of design, manufacture, installation of duct and other auxiliary project, which is less than using air duct. So user can choose large air volume blower with a lower air pressure, reducing the required power and greatly reducing the operation cost and investment cost.
- When the fan of supply air and exhaust air stops running, the induced blower can still work and has the effect of local ventilation. Induced blower is assembled with high efficiency centrifugal fan and has the features of low noise, small volume, light weight, easy to assembly (vertical or horizontal installation) and simple to maintenance .It is widely used in the ventilation of large area site, such as: underground garages, gymnasium, workshops, warehouses, shopping malls, supermarkets, entertainment venues, and so on.
Structure type
- HY-YDF-I induced blower is used for non-duct induced ventilation system. It has two structure types of horizontal and vertical. Horizontal type is represented by “W” and Vertical type is represented by “L”. Equipped with air conditioning motor of high quality single-phase.
- HY-YDF-II induced blower is the structure of cabinet type sound attenuation box. Horizontal installation, belt drive and equipped with three-phase motor. It also can be composed into the induced ventilation system with the spiral round duct and bending nozzle which is with air duct.

- The intelligent control purpose of induced blower is for effective energy saving and preventing error operating. So that the induced exhaust air system can be more secure, reliable and economical to run. In the same time, the start using of the project is also for improving the intelligent level of the whole building.
- When the central controller is in the automatic state, if the concentration of carbon monoxide exceeds permissible standard in the garage, the controller can send alarm signal and automatically output control command. It can start single or more induced blower to exhaust air till the concentration of waste gas less than the pre-set value in this zone. When the concentration of carbon monoxide is back to normal level, it can be stopped automatically or by manual after system reset.
- When the central controller is in the manual state, the administrator can start and stop the blower according to the current situation.

Vertical induced blower consists of centrifugal fan, fan case of noise elimination and three universal ball nozzle. Rotation angle < 60 °, nozzle φ80 x3.
- Main feature: Increase 8 pcs positions of nozzle, nozzle can be adjusted at will, suitable for different design and actual needs of site, miniaturization unit machine, increasing efficiency of blower.

- Horizontal induced blower consists of centrifugal fan, fan case of noise elimination and no more than three kinds of ducts. Rotation Angle<75°, duct length=400mm, φ80x3, φ1000x2, φ140x1.
- Main feature: Airflow direction accurately, Jet distance far, large volume air entrainment of relay transmission.

4. Dimension of HY-YDF-II duct type induced blower
YDF-Ⅱduct type induced blower consists of aluminum alloy frame, centrifugal fan, and embedded silencer plenum. Rotation angle < 45°, the middle of nozzle is 36°. The centrifugal fan is low air volume with high pressure, full pressure≥1750 Pa. The air duct is spiral pressurized pipe equipped with nozzle of small diameter to deliver ultra-high speed airflow. Air entrainment quantity is large and the nozzle can be suitable for various environment because it has air damper.

Induced blower unit is an important connecting link of middle position ventilation in the whole system of supply air and exhaust air. It is very important that the position of air inlet, air outlet and induced blower’s installation. Directly effect to form the reasonable airflow.
The ideal distribution is to form the main airflow made from the fan of supply air and exhaust air in space, and then to get the induced supply air of induced blower, to complete the supply air and exhaust air of the whole space.
