Product Main processes:

Tube:  Made of high-quanlity seamless tube or welding seam tube, we also have  finned tube, harmonica-shaped tube, sandglass tube and inside finned tube, both aluminum and copper material are available. 

Fin: Various types of Fin such as pressed fin, louver fin. the thickness is from 8-20mm and with is from 12-100mm.

Welding: Welding robot make the welding joint very nice and efficient working.

Assembly: Three kinds of assembly including pressed plastic, bolted connection and welding by exprienced welders.

Leak Testing: Three leak control thourgh all production lines, blasting machine for tube, dry method testing and wet method testing after assembly. If needed, we also have national  testing centre to test them and give the report.
