Product Introduction
Coal flotation machine is widely applied to primary separation, concentration and reverse flotation of non-ferrous metal like copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, and gold, black metal and nonmetallic materials. The coal flotation machine is mechanical stirring self-suction flotation, mainly used to separate coal slime of less than 0.5mm; after stirring of double deflected impeller, the slurry circulates vertically. Then, it’s fed through the diversion tube by way of aerosol feeding and negative pressure produced by rotary impeller. Self-suction gas and medicament contact with coal particles in foggy bubble. There is automatic adjustment of liquid level which controls concentration, dry coal, dosage and level by automatic control system.
Working Principle
The motor drives the impeller to revolve by V-belt transmission to produce negative pressure by centrifugal force. On one hand, it absorbs enough air to mix with the slurry; on the other hand, it stirs slurry mixed with the medicament. Meanwhile, the bubble is refined to let ores adhere onto it and then they float together to the slurry surface to form mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the flash board and control the level to have the useful foam scraped by the scraper.

Instructions
1. Check all the bolts before startup.
2. Manually rotate in case of congestion of precipitant which will increase the load of the motor.
3. Adjust the height of the sluice valve carefully to stabilize the level and scrap the mineralized foam into the chute.
4. There should be a certain distance between the impeller and the determinant and renew them if they’re abraded.
5. Maintain the bearing in the pump every 3 months.
