LSB water-cooled water chilling units use R22 as refrigerant. The unit uses one or more AM, AR, AV, AW and AZ semi-hermetic refrigerating compressors in parallel.
According to the requirement of ODS project of UN environment protection, AM, AR, AV, AW and AZ series compressors are manufactured with the technology imported from AC UK and advanced machinery imported from Japan, German and Denmark.
The unit selects high efficient water-cooled condenser and plate type heat exchanger as center cooler. The units are matched with imported particle filter, pressure controller, oil pressure controller, safety valve, solenoid valve, expansion valve, fluid controller and Siemens PLC, making its performance excellent, structure reasonable, technical index advanced and operation convenient.
The units can be widely equipped with the low temperature, fast freezing and environment test facilities in schools, factories, miners, food industry and commercial line.
