In order to remove debris from Luburicant oil , the length needs to be 1 meter long. However, the hot rolling mills of the type are to become out of date but the manufacturer of the rolling mill still needs this filter. So we managed to produce the filter. The filter contains a coil in it in order to strengthen the filter itself. This is actually our Japanese craftman-work. We proud of it, our new innovative production long pipe filter really helpful to protect to avoid debris to the mechinery.

Product Characteristics:

1. The mesh of 55/60 Twilled Weave is exteneded by rolling so that it becomes much harder.

2. Spring coil is in it in order to strengthen such a long filter.

3. It is continuous spot welding and can have the high pressure capacity more than 1200N.

  *The middle one of three is the product which is 1 m long.
