HVAC System Plenum Box   

Introduction: 

Plenum box F-JY connects to the main whirl tube by hoses, and in the connnection, there is a disc valves to control the air volume into the plenum box. Inside the plenum box, it is affixed with a surface acoustic damping material to eliminate noise. 

Installing a plenum box in the whirl tube can reduce static pressure and increase dynamic pressure, and then make stable air stream, so that it can get better effect of air supply. 

Plenum chamber is a necessary accessory in air supply system to reduce dynamic pressure, static pressure,

stable air flow and reduce airflow vibration, it can make the air distribution effect is more ideal.

1. The plenum box with diffuser and damper is widely us as supply air outlet of central air conditioning system.

2. The diffuser makes air stream flow in the direction adapted to the buildings layout by regulating the blade in different directions. Therefore, it can enlarge supply air distance and cover area and make the airflow recycle sufficiently to reach the best effect in space.

3. It is usually installed in the large building with height 2.6m~6m in airport, theatre, exhibition hall, etc

4. The rotational blade can be adjusted by hand operated or electrical control.

5. The plenum box duct has horizontal and vertical connection; it also can be supplied with air volume adjusting device and seal ring.

6. The diffuser has a square or round panel. The panel and plenum box fixed with a bolt which covered by a decoration cap.
