Introduction about air conditioner Muffler:

ZP type duct muffler uses centrifugal glass cotton as sound- absorbing material. The outer shell is made of galvanized steel sheet. The lock joint has no leakage and inside it used iron blind rivets to connect, which has simple structure, low altitude and wide noise elimination frequency. The product's effective length is one meter and there's taper pipe and standard flange at both side. The punching rate for the muffler perforated plate is >20% and it is smooth without burr. The density of the glass cotton is laid equality according to the requirements/ Angle steel flange is made according to GB requirements. The surface of the flange is very smooth and can be ued in air conditioning ventilation design.

1. Material: galvanized steel sheet

2. Structure: Pack centrifugal glass cotton inside the muffler and cover it with glass cloth and φ4mm perforated plate.

The thickness of the air guide sheet is 10mm

3. Noise reduction: 18.5dB (A) (effective length 1m)

4. Resistance loss: 20Pa (air velocity 6m/s)

5.When the situation W<250mm, there is no inlet baffle
