Product Introduction

SL series spiral freezer is a new type frozen one develop and manufactured by us. It is a kind of high efficient freezing device. Which represents the development direction of blast freezers. Compared to other freezers, this type freezer has the advantages of constructed compactly, saves occupied area, large capacity and energy saving.

It is consisted of multilayer stainless steel conveyor belts with spiral circled in one or two drums. The products are placed on the conveyor belts, by frigid air of -35℃ frozen quickly, then transported to outer enclosure continuously. 

Application

It is suitable for freezing small nub, strip, grain foods such as dumpling, spring roller, ice cream, seafood, meat,  fried food, fruit and vegetable and other small package food.

Product Features

1. Guaranteed the food sanitation

• Design according to the requirements of state food sanitation.

• The main parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, resistant of corrosive, easy to wash, guaranteeing

  food hygiene requirements.

• The insulated enclosure is adopted PUR sandwich panels with optional stainless steel finish both inside

  and outside, good heat storage, no dew arise in the surface.

• There is washing box available at feed inlet, easy to wash belt, guaranteeing the equipment hygiene.

• The evaporator is made of aluminum tube and fin, with stainless steel housing, impeller, structure and

water tray. Water defrosting, easy to wash, decreasing bacteria growth.

• The main conveyor system is set outside of the enclosure, avoiding the food pollution brought

  by lubricating oil

• Reasonable velocity and temperature field design, raising freezing efficiency greatly, saving energy.
