Spiral Freezer Introduction:

SL series spiral freezer is a new type frozen one develop and manufactured by us. It is consisted of multilayer stainless steel conveyor belts with spiral circled in one or two drums. The products are placed on the conveyor belts, by frigid air of -35℃ frozen quickly, then transported to outer enclosure continuously. Compared to other freezers, this type freezer is constructed compactly, saves occupied area.

Technical Features: 

1. Efficient and Hygienic Evaporator :

Aluminum or stainless steel material, large fin design, variable fin pitches, large face area, long defrosting interval. 

2. Unique Air Flue Design:

Stainless steel with PU sandwich panels make up the enclosure, double sealed door with heater to prevent door from frozen.  The baffle around the spiral drum and coil create symmetrcial and circulative air flue. 

3. High Strenght Net Belt:

Food grade 304 stainless steel belt.  Flat belt surface, minimum belt mark on products. Side guards provided on the belt edge to preventn the products from falling off.

4. Insulated Libiary

High density PU panel with double stainless steel sheets. Double sealed insulated door with heater on the frame. Operator can open the door to check the running status any time. Fully welded stainless steel libiary at option. 

5. Optimal Drain Design:

Fully welded stainless steel water trough with no leakage. Large floor slope ensures easy cleaning and fluent drainage, guarantees high hygiene condition for food processing.
