Automatic backwash filter

Working Principle

The internal structure of automatic backwash type filter is made of intellect steel (or stainless steel), special structure stainless steel strainer, automatic butterfly valve, pressure differential switch, automatic drain valve and control unit. When the water enters into the filter equipment impurities is removed from water through stainless steel strainer. Automatic butterfly valve will close when the pressure differential value reaches to pre-setting value. When the butterfly valve closes, water in the internal of strainer will go out through outlet. The water between the chamber and external of strainer will backwash the strainer, the impurities will be washed by water and took away through drain valve.

Application

Automatic self cleaning filters(backwash type) can be applied for many kinds of water system,especially to non-stop working water system.The equipment is mainly to remove the mechanical impurities from water in order to guarantee water system safe.what's more,it can be used in lots of industries such as,cooling water system,sewage system,supplying water system, steel industry, metallurgical industry,paper industry,chemical industry,plastics industry,irrigation.
