Control mode of Industrial Ultrasonic Humidifier

ZS series ultrasonic industrial humidifier is automatically controlled by digital humidity controller (with “Z” after the model). Digital humidity controller can be randomly set from 1% RH to 99% RH, and its control precision reaches ±5% RH. Within the set value, the equipment works automatically without personnel attendance. Output pipeline of SJ series ultrasonic industrial humidifier is arranged reasonably according to clients’ humidifying places; spray nozzles are distributed evenly, and joints between pipelines should be sealed. The interior of SJ series ultrasonic industrial humidifier consists of integrated spray components and dry-run protection device. Uniform spray particles are only 1- 10μm in diameter, and suspend in the air for a long time. When SJ series ultrasonic industrial humidifier is spraying, there is no mechanical drive, noise disturbance or pollution. Spraying efficiency is high, failure rate is low, and energy consumption is low. Therefore, this is an efficient, reliable and practical ultrasonic industrial humidifier.
