This unit consists of a condenser which is mounted on the

external rear wall of the cabin and the evaporator which is installed on the interior cabin wall .

DT20F electric back mount truck air conditioner does not require the installation of a compressor on the vehicle’s engine.

Low voltage
Should the vehicle battery go below a threshold of 10.5 V (for a 12 V DT20F unit and 21 V for a 24 V unit), the unit will automatically shut down. This feature prevents from emptying the battery and saves enough battery

for starting the engine of the vehicle.
