P84 ( polyimide) needle filter felt and filter cloth material

P84 needle felt is made of the polyimide fiber imported from INSPEC of Austria which has the unique tri-leaf cross section structure. Currently, there are only a few factories capable of producing the 100% pure P84 filter media  in China. The advantages of P84 filter fabric  are as listed:
1. operating temp. -continuous: 260 DEG C
operating temp. -instant: 280 DEG C
2. good feature of anti-acid, while normal anti-alkali feature
3. obviously better anti-hydrolysis feature than Nomex fiber

P84 filter material are widely used in the working conditions like metallurgical process, chemical industries, waste incinerators, cements etc. Usually, the product life cycle of P84 needle felt  is more than 3 years which can be considered as a high-performance filter material.
