 L6-P side mount pp level sensor

Level sensing switch L6-P (see Figure 1) for side-mounted float level switch, it is a duckbill tongue designed , JHF industrial electrical  company, one of the conventional products. Through a plastic mold injection molding parts, simple structure, easy to use, safe and reliable level control device, which has a smaller volume than mechanical switches, speed, long life. It has stronger anti-load impact and strong compared with the electronic switch.The structure is simple,without complex circuit ,will not be disturbed,easy to use to control level components,, as long as the material selection is correct, it can application in any liquid, pressure and temperature environment.

B: Working principle:

The side-mounted float level switch is to use liquid buoyancy principle, along with the liquid level ,the duckbill float will move up and down ,the it will trigger the reed switch  that sealed in the junction box ,the magnet arm will be affected, and for turning  connect (ON) or  disconnect (OFF).

C:The installation instructions (see Figure II)

1.on the both sides tank,side mount, No( open) or NC (closed)  by reversing 180 degrees.

2.2. The total length of L5-P is 87 mm, the diameter of the connector thread is 16mm, length is  8mm,  height is 5mm ,hex stem length 23mm, duckbill(float ball body ) length  is 50mm.

   3. Unscrew the nut, plug out from the inside out (with a white envelope apron) together, and tighten the nut.

D: Instructions

   1: The range of  temperature -30 ℃~ 80 ℃

   2: Suit for corrosive liquid,  and the viscosity of the liquid is not high stick, won’t be dry.
