Description

multiple point level switch 1080-S2 (see Figure 1) for vertical mounted mulitiply float sensors level switch,  one of our popular products. Through a stainless mold injection molding parts, simple structure, easy to use, safe and reliable of the level control device, To compare with normal electronic switch , it  has a smaller volume response more quickly speed, more long life and stronger anti-load impact .The float switch structure is simple,without complex circuit ,will not be disturbed,easy to use to control level components,as long as the material selection is correct, it can application in any liquid with any pressure and temperature environment.

IMPORTANT: The number of float points and their locations are custom selected through the use of our PRODUCT CONFIGURATOR. You can also select an appropriate mounting along with a few other basic selections. Upon submittal of your custom part in the Product Configurator, a quote will be generated for you.

A: The components.

1: The main stem  material: SUS304/316

B: Working principle:

The side-mounted float level switch is to use liquid buoyancy principle, along with the liquid level ,the duckbill float will move up and down ,then it will trigger the reed switch  that sealed in the junction box ,the magnet arm will be affected, and sending the connect (ON) or  disconnect (OFF) signal.

C:The installation instructions (see Figure II)

1.on the both sides tank,side mount, No( open) or NC (closed)  by reversing 180 degrees.

2.The total length of L6-S is 128mm, the diameter of the connector thread is 1/2 “ NPT,  hex-head height is 5mm, duckbill(float ball body ) length  is 91 mm.

   3. Directly install at the side of the tank.

D: Instructions

   1: The range of temperature -30 ℃~ 135 ℃(180℃ need customized)

   2: Suit for corrosive liquid, chemical liquid ,remark: e viscosity of the liquid is not high stick, won’t be dry.
