Description

Water level indicator T25-S (see Figure 1) for side-loading water level  sensor. duckbill  tongue  designed, one of our hot sell products. Through a stainless mold injection molding parts connect , simple structure, easy to use, safe and reliable for the level control device, To compare with normal electronical switch , it  has a smaller volume response more quickly speed, more long life and stronger anti load  impact .The float switch structure is simple,without complex circuit ,will not be disturbed,easily  use to control level components,as long as the material selection is correct, it can application in any liquid with any pressure and temperature environment.

B: Working principle:

The side-mounted float level electrical  switch is to use liquid buoyancy principle, along with the liquid level ,the duckbill float will move up and down,

then it will trigger the reed switch  that sealed in the junction box ,the magnet arm will be affected, and sending the connect (ON) or  disconnect (OFF) signal.

C:The installation instructions (see Figure II)

1.on the both sides tank,side mount, No( open) or NC (closed)  by reversing 180 degrees.

2.the diameter of the connector thread is 1/2 “ NPT,  hex-head height is 5mm, duckbill(float ball body ) length  is 91 mm.

  3. Directly install at the side of the tank.

   1: The range of temperature -30 ~ 135 C

   2: Suit for corrosive liquid, chemical liquid ,remark: e viscosity of the liquid is not high stick, won’t be dry.
