When Silicone Rubber Heater With Temperature Resistor/Thermostat are made with a pressure sensitive adhesive backing, a thin layer of aluminum is added prior to the adhesive layer, in order to improve heat transfer and maintain its uniformity. The watt density of Silicone Rubber Heater With Temperature Resistor/Thermostat should not be greater than 7 WSI (watts per square inch) when PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) is used.
