Q3:If we don’t find what we need on your website, what should we do? Do you make customer's auto ac parts?

You can send the pictures/fotos and drawings of the products you need by email , we will check if we have them. We develop new models every month, and some of them maybe not updated on www.acparts.cn in time. Or you can send us sample by DHL/TNT, we can develop the new model especially for you.   

Q4:Can I buy 1 pec of each item to test the quality?

Yes, we are pleased to send you 1 pec to test the quality if we have stock for the item you need. We're confident that once you get it in your hand, you will be very satisfied that it will be a very profitable item for your company.

Q5: How to order and make payment?

We will send proforma invoice to you and you can pay via T/T bank transfer , L/C , WESTION UNION , ESCROW , PAYPAL and aliexpress ETC. 

Q6: If you find our bank account different than before? How to do?

Please don't send the payment and you need to double check with us(refer to our bank acccount statement that both sides signed), 

Q7: What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

Different products have different MOQ,but we can sell you even one pec if we have stock of the model you need.

Q8:What about delivery time?

If we have stock of the item you need,we can send goods to you within 3 working days after deposit or 100% payment into our bank account.

If we don't have stock,different products' production time is different.Generally, it needs 10 to 40 working days.

Q9:What about shipping?

We can ship in smaller batches by air/exress way or larger ones by the container no matter your assigned agent or ours . Our best advantage is that we're located in Ningbo, which is China's best sea port!
