     Basically our package issue for powder product is for 500 gram/box, 20 box/carton. However, we have several special package for international customers: 20 gram/box, 225 gram/box, 400 gram /box. Small packages are popular for customers in reparement industry. 

          The surface of the work piece should be cleaned carefully before brazing.Excellent brazing performance will get on brazing a surface without oxidation film and grease stains.In flame brazing,neutral flame is usually required.The powder can be mixed with hot water to be creamy,while the other option is to dip the filler metal wire in the powder.Operator should try not to heat the filler metal and the flux directly by the flame.The residues is glassy solid attached on the work ieces.Usually it can be sanded off.The more convenient method is to merge the hot work pieces into cold water after the solidification of the filler metal.The residues can fall off the surface because of the sudden boiling of water.Partial component in the residue can be dissolved into the water.In this method,the temperature difference between the cold water and the work pieces should be cautiously controlled to prevent the shaping and cracking of the work pieces.Suitable for factory of radiator,bike,fitness apparatus,refrigeration accessories,automobile accessories,ornaments and jewelry,electric equipments,hardware tools,etc
