Canned Food Steam Sterilizing Boiler Machine

The boiler is a quick fitting pipe structure, exit shop after completely assembled; The former part of the boiler body is arranged as a water-cooling wall, the upper part of it is connected to the boiler cylinder, and the lower part is connected to a collection chest, in order to form a combustion room and to absorb the radiated heat from the furnace;

The high temperature smog after combustion shall stand twice before being flushing transversely to the heat accepting surfaces, and shall introduced to the coal saver and singly arranged, and allowed to flow into duster and exhausted from the chimney in the end.

Forced draft fan / Induced draft fan
Blow clean air into boiler and promote exhauted gas out, ensure the air circulation of the whole system.

Feed water pump
Put water into boiler working system.

Automatic water softener
Remove Mg+ Ca+ in the water and improve water quality. This is good for boiler proper and tubes, prolong the service time.

Electrical cabinet
Be responsible for electrical control of auxiliary machines, ensure the whole system working automatically and make the operation convenient.

Grate speed governor
Regulate the suitable speed of chian grate according to the combustion situation.

Slag remover
Extract slags mechanically and save labour cost.

Economizer
Heat inlet water and reduce exhausted gas temperature, which increase boiler efficiency and is good for environment

Dust remover
Remove the dust and ash in exhausted gas to protect envrionment and reduce polutions.

Gas flue and Chimney
Provide channels for exhausted gas flow.

Steam header
Distribute steam to different directions

For the shipment of SZL boilers, boiler body needs a 40' Flat Rack. Its dimensions is large than container

For the auxiliary machines, depends on the supply scope, container is all right.
