constantan copper nickel alloy heating resistance wire

Constantan is a type of resistance alloy, which is made up of copper and nickel as the main components. It has a low temperature coefficient of resistance(TCR), and a wide operating temperature range(below 500℃). It has good properties on mechanical working, high resistance of corrosion. it is used for variable and strain resistance elements in alternative instruments.

Constantan-type(6J40); diameter from 0.020mm~1.600mm

Manganin-type(6J8,6J12,6J13); diameter from 0.020mm~6.300mm

Karma(Ni-Cr-Al-Fe)(6J22); diameter from 0.018mm~1.50mm

3.High resistance series:

Cr20Ni80, Cr30Ni70, Cr15Ni60, Cr20Ni35, Cr20Ni30,Cr20Ni20 etc.

Packing with spool/bobbin
1. usually, 0.00mm to 0.14mm,  the spool is 80mm diameter.
The spool have less of 2 kg of weight
2. 0.15 to 0.4mm, the spool is 100mm diameter.
The spool have less of 2 kg of weight.
3. more than 0.45mm nichrome wire,  the spool is 120 mm diameter
The spool have less of 3 kg of weight.

Packing with Carton or Wooden Case
For  1 to 100 kgs, packed by carton, each carton less than 20 kgs
For  more than 100kgs, packed by wooden case usually

The Lead Time
