Danfoss compressors of the MT series are hermetic piston compressors designed for medium and high temperature applications. This series of compressors is made of high quality components, which are precisely combined and specially designed to ensure high efficiency operation under abnormal high and low temperature variations and contrasting high and low compression ratios, making it a highly reliable and long-lasting compressor unit.

Features of Products

Efficient operation: The compressor operates efficiently due to the good cooling of the motor by the refrigerant and the light weight of the aluminium parts.

High vapour-liquid separation capacity: Miele compressors have a 25% larger casing than other brands, so they have excellent vapour-liquid separation capacity and do not require a separate vapour-liquid separator.
High liquid-liquid shock resistance: The unique valve design reduces the residual volume, so the Miele compressor has a higher liquid shock resistance than other brands.

Safe and Reliable Operation: The current overload and temperature rise protection device ensures that the temperature is not higher than 105°C - 110°C, which is about 20°C lower than similar compressors, ensuring that the compressor is free from damage.

Good cooling effect: the motor is cooled by special return air, the temperature is 20℃ lower than similar compressors, which ensures its long life and can be operated in high temperature environment without external cooling.

High compression ratio: Patented valve block, oversized bearings, minimum clearance volume and other excellent design, so that the compressor in - 40 ℃ when the maximum compression ratio of 13:1, can be in a high compression ratio under the high efficiency work.

High-quality motor: the motor adopts class F insulator, and its excellent design enables it to start smoothly even under low current and low voltage conditions.

High efficiency and power saving: It is characterised by high efficiency and power saving, and has a large exhaust volume.

Wide range of applications: they are widely used in cold storage, freezers, ice machines, ice cream makers, refrigerators for cars and ships, milk tanks, industrial water cooling units, parallel units, which can operate to reduce the evaporating temperature to - 25°C. They are widely used for air conditioning, heat pumps, dryers, water chillers and cold storage refrigeration.
